Events not showing up

Make sure Horizon has calendar access enabled in Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars. Also verify that the calendars you want to see are enabled in Apple Calendar.

Categories seem incorrect

You can manually override any category by tapping on an event in Horizon. Adding keywords to categories in settings helps improve accuracy over time.

Widgets not updating

Widget updates are managed by iOS and may be delayed. Try removing and re-adding the widget, or ensure Horizon has Background App Refresh enabled in Settings.

Notifications not arriving

Check that notifications are enabled for Horizon in Settings > Notifications. Also verify that the notification timing for each category is configured in Horizon's settings.
